Enrolling your school or organization to be listed in the City-Scrip Beneficiary Directory is free and there are no requirements of any kind to be listed and receive donations.  We do recommend that if you want to receive larger amounts of donations, you will want to inform your school families, group members and supporters of the City-Scrip program.

Enrolling your school

 
Currently, most of the Wisconsin Public and Private schools are already part of our database and are ready to receive donations upon checkout from City-Scrip.  If your school is not listed as a possible choice for donations when you checkout, you may click here to enroll your school.  There is no charge for this in any way.  By enrolling, you simply are listing your school as a possible beneficiary of the donations created through City-Scrip.  In addition, when you enroll, you will create a log in ID allowing you to track in real time any donations directed to your school and a complete history of payments.  If your school is already listed but you do not have a log in ID, please call our group coordinator at 608-821-1024 to receive assistance in updating your school account information.

Tips to Promotion
 
The most common methods of informing your group members of City-Scrip and the savings and donations avaialble are:
 
  • Newsletters; Your school or organization newsletters are a great way to introduce City-Scrip.  Write a small article or advertisement for City-Scrip to be included with your print or electronic news.

     

  • Websites; Place a link to City-Scrip on your organization website.  You may copy and paste the logo to the right for your use.
